Associate - Real Estate Litigation (1-3 PQE) - Cardiff

Fantastic opportunity for a junior property litigator to join a top-ranked team handling everything from nationwide portfolio disputes to high-stakes battles over landmark developments. This is your chance to work with major developers, investors, and asset managers protecting landmark portfolios and shaping the future of real estate law.

The Role

  • Manage your own caseload of property disputes and contentious asset management matters
  • Advise clients across the development lifecycle from acquisition to enforcement
  • Collaborate closely with clients, often face-to-face, to build trusted relationships
  • Get involved in business development and marketing initiatives
  • Work alongside a Legal 500 Band 1-ranked team with access to award-winning project management tools


Requirements

  • 1-3 years' PQE in property litigation
  • Strong technical and drafting skills
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Commercial awareness and a solid understanding of real estate markets
  • Ability to juggle competing deadlines and communicate clearly with clients
  • A proactive, client-focused mindset
