Salary: £70,000-£85,000+

PQE Level: 4-6 PQE

Are you a talented Construction Solicitor looking for the next exciting step in your career? We're searching for a proactive and ambitious non-contentious Construction Solicitor to join our client's modern and leading firm in Reading.

You will be working with a highly respected law firm that values expertise, innovation, and collaboration. With hybrid working arrangements and a strong support system in place, you'll be given the platform to grow your career while contributing to the firm's expansion.

As part of the team, you'll be responsible for advising clients on JCT, NEC, and FIDIC contracts, negotiating bespoke amendments, and providing insight into procurement regulations, health & safety legislation, and insurance requirements. You'll also play a key role in business development, fostering relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.

What our client is looking For

• 4-6 years' experience in non-contentious construction law
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality legal services
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of power projects (traditional & renewable)
• Experience with contentious matters is preferred
