IP, Data & Tech Solicitor / FCILEX NQ-5 PQE - Exeter

Looking to grow your career in IP, data, and tech law? This role puts you at the centre of exciting, high-value work, helping businesses protect and unlock their most important assets - their ideas, technology, data, and brands.

The work you'll do:

• Advise on IP protection, enforcement & commercialisation
• Support businesses with GDPR, data protection & privacy compliance
• Draft licensing, digital contracts & e-commerce agreements
• Manage trademarks, brand protection & IP portfolios
• Work on commercial contracts with an IP/tech edge

The successful candidate can expect to work with a diverse range of clients across technology, creative industries, food & drink, education, renewables, and more with no two days being the same.

About you:

• Newly qualified or up to 5 years' PQE in IP, data, or commercial law
• Strong academic background with excellent communication skills
• Curious, commercially minded, and passionate about innovation
• A team player with a proactive, problem-solving approach
