We're working with a well-established and growing regional firm who are looking for experienced residential conveyancers to join their residential property teams in either Salisbury or Chippenham.

As a residential conveyancer here, you'll be handling your own caseload from instruction through to completion. Matters will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages, transfers of equity and shared ownership. You'll be someone who is confident managing all aspects of the process to include client contact, raising and responding to enquiries, reviewing title, issuing contracts and dealing with completions.

You'll be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer or have equivalent experience and able to show that you're capable of working independently. You'll also be someone who's enthusiastic about business development and relationship building, with strong attention to detail and a professional, approachable manner.
