A top 100 law firm with a strong national reputation is seeking a Private Client Partner with proven expertise in agricultural estates. This is a rare opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm that combines technical excellence with a genuinely collaborative culture.

You'll be stepping into a senior leadership role within a well-established Private Client team, advising high-net-worth individuals, landed estates, and farming families on complex succession planning, tax, trusts, and estate administration. The firm is looking for someone who can help shape the future of its rural and agricultural offering.

What you'll bring

• Extensive experience in private client law, with a strong focus on agricultural estates
• A confident, client-facing approach with excellent interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop junior lawyers
• Commercial awareness and a track record of building business
• STEP membership or equivalent credentials (preferred but not essential)
