Commercial & Technology Associate - 3+ PQE - Bristol

We're looking for a talented Associate (3+ years PQE) to advise on complex, high-value technology projects for a diverse client base from global cloud providers to disruptive fintech startups and public sector innovators.

You can expect a wide range of exciting and intellectually stimulating work, including:

  • Digital transformation and IT outsourcing
  • Software and technology licensing
  • Fintech and financial services innovation
  • Cloud computing and smart contracts
  • Cybersecurity and data protection compliance

  • Digital media, virtualisation, and content licensing


The successful candidate will support clients across a wide range of sectors including energy, transport, financial services, healthcare, retail, and government helping them navigate the legal challenges of digital innovation.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' PQE with experience in commercial and technology law
  • Strong understanding of data protection and regulatory frameworks
  • Confident managing complex transactions and client relationships
  • A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues
  • Qualified solicitor (SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered)
