Contentious Probate Solicitor - Salisbury
Our client are a dynamic, regionally recognised Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked firm with a reputation for excellence in private client and litigation work. Known for their client-first approach, they continue to grow and are now looking for an experienced Contentious Trust and Probate Solicitor to join their thriving team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with 2-6 years' PQE to get involved in top-tier work within a supportive team. You'll take the lead on a broad and stimulating range of private client disputes, including:
- Will, trust, and estate-related disputes
- Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
- Challenges around will validity due to lack of capacity or undue influence
- Disputes involving breach of trust or the removal of executors/trustees
- Court of Protection matters
The successful candidate can expect to work with an array of clients including high-net-worth individuals, charities, trustees, and beneficiaries while also contributing to business development and building strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- 2-6 years' PQE in contentious trust and probate
- Strong legal knowledge and technical skillset
- First-rate communication and client care abilities
- Commercially minded with an appetite to grow professionally
- Proactive, self-sufficient, and a true team player
