Legal Counsel - AI Technology Company

Our client is an ambitious and fast-growing AI technology company on a mission to transform how people work through the power of artificial intelligence. As they continue to scale, they are looking for a commercially-minded and adaptable Legal Counsel to join the team and support a wide range of legal matters.

About the Role

You'll work across a variety of areas, including:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, particularly SaaS agreements
  • Advising on data protection, IP, and employment matters
  • Supporting corporate governance and regulatory compliance
  • Helping shape internal legal processes and risk management strategies
  • Litigation

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years PQE
  • Strong experience in commercial law, ideally with exposure to SaaS or tech contracts
  • A genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
  • Able to start reasonably quickly
