My client is a UK Top 100 law firm with a top-tier Employment team renowned for its commitment to quality work and a collaborative culture, they are seeking a junior solicitor to bolster this leading department. This role involves managing tribunal cases, conducting contract and policy reviews, advising on settlement agreements, and providing corporate support for M&A and TUPE transactions. You'll also offer guidance on restructures, redundancies, and immigration matters. The team boasts an impressive client list, including multinational corporations and dynamic UK businesses.
