Family Solicitor

Job title: Family Senior Associate Solicitor, Maidstone

Salary: £50,000-£59,000

PQE Level: 3-6 PQE

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

You will be joining a modern, established firm in their highly rated family law team. This is an excellent opportunity for a family solicitor to take a step up, working closely with HNW clients. Our client is growing year on year with a great culture and personality installed within its teams. The family team in particular at the forefront of this collaborative and friendly nature.

As a valued member of the family team, you will be responsible for:

• Meeting with valued clients on their complex and often high value family law matters
• Handling day-to-day enquires advice on:
• Divorce and separation
• Child protection
• Financial arrangements for married and un-married couples
• Working with the referral network of the firm

To be considered for this role you will:

• Have a great background in family law matters throughout your career
• Have an extensive background in providing a great service for clients
• Have excellent active listening skills, communication and client care skills
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A desire and willingness to assist in managing and developing the team
