Employment Solicitor NQ-2+ PQE - Staffordshire
This is a new opportunity for an employment solicitor to join an established Staffordshire firm who are rated in L500 as one of the leading Employment teams in the West Midlands.
Working alongside the Head of Department, you will manage a caseload and assist on more complex matters. The work will involve both contentious and non contentious matters including dealing with settlement agreements, equality & discrimination, unfair/wrongful dismissal, disciplinary & grievance, maternity & paternity, redundancy, TUPE and Tribunal work. You will advise a predominantly respondent client base including SMEs, OMBs, LLPs, partnerships and other larger companies as well as individuals.
