Key Responsibilities:

You will manage a variety of private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning. Providing tailored legal advice with professionalism and empathy, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional communication and service. Additionally, you will contribute to the firm's growth by actively participating in business development activities.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a qualified solicitor with 0-2 years of post-qualification experience in private client law. You should have a strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent. Excellent technical skills and a sound understanding of private client matters are essential. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are also required, enabling you to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Day-to-Day Activities:

Your daily activities will include meeting with clients to discuss their needs and provide expert legal advice. You will draft legal documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, and research complex legal issues to offer practical solutions. Collaboration with colleagues is key to ensuring excellent service delivery and adherence to best practices. You will also engage in business development activities to promote the firm's services in the South East region.
