Agricultural Property Solicitor - Specialising in Rural Land & Estates

Our client seeks an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join their top Agricultural Property team, supporting landowners with complex and high-value transactions.

This role is ideal for those with experience in Agricultural Property, but they are also open to hearing from candidates from High-Value Residential or Commercial Property backgrounds who are eager to specialise in rural land matters. You will work closely with a leading Partner, handling:

• Strategic land development
• Renewable energy projects
• Large-scale transactions for landowners
• Sale and purchase of agricultural estates and rural property

Based in Hampshire, you'll also collaborate with colleagues across multiple locations. Exceptional client service, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage competing deadlines are crucial.
