Job Title: Senior Associates looking for partnership- platform firm ( all practice areas)

Salary: £175,000-£300,000

PQE Level: Partner

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

There is a perception in the market that platform/fee sharing/virtual law firms are not credible alternatives to traditional law firms and in some cases, this is arguably true. However, in this instance our client brings the best of both worlds ( high take home pay based on your own practice and the freedom to build your practice how you wish and work the hours you want- some partners spend 6 months skiing or travelling the world) with genuine integration in terms of marketing, global reach, associate resourcing, and quality of peer group ( up and coming senior associates and big hitting partners from leading global and US law firms).

If you are a senior associate with a portable practice of at least £250k then this is a great option.
