Working Hours: Full-time
You will be joining an expanding and busy firm in their agricultural property team. As an experienced agrilcultural property solicitor, you will be working proactively with a wide range of estate and landowners alongside a committed team. Our client has an ambitious growth plan and this is an ideal time to join at the senior level, with a view to partnership.
As a valued member of the agricultural property team, you will be responsible for:
- Working with a cross-section of clients from mid to HNW individuals, landowners and estate owners.
- Working with clients on:
- Buying/selling rural land
- Renewable energy law
- Agricultural tenancies
- Equestrian properties
- Sporting Leases
- Working with senior members of the team growing and developing the department
- Supervising more junior individuals
To be considered for this role you will:
- Have six years minimum of impressive agricultural property experience.
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Client-facing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A desire and willingness to assist in business development and marketing
