My client is a renowned UK law firm specialising in medical negligence, personal injury, mental capacity, and education law. We are seeking a Managing Associate for our Mental Capacity team, based in Bristol with hybrid working options. In this role, you will lead complex property and affairs cases, acting as a professional attorney or deputy.

The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of PQE in Mental Capacity law, demonstrating exceptional communication skills, and exhibit a proactive, empathetic approach. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving business development initiatives, and mentoring junior lawyers. Overall, this role will see you join one of the premier COP teams in the Southeast and gives you an ideal platform for ongoing career development with ample options for progression.
