This opportunity offers a chance to join a specialist developer team with a strong reputation for delivering large-scale projects, from regeneration initiatives to major new developments. In this role, you will provide advice to a diverse client base, including housebuilders, developers, registered providers, and land promoters. You will play an integral role in guiding projects through to completion, ensuring strategic success, while adopting a commercially driven approach to resolving development challenges and maintaining project momentum.

The ideal candidate will be newly qualified or have up to three years PQE with a strong foundation in property law. An interest in residential and commercial development is highly beneficial, though prior experience is not essential. Strong communication skills will be crucial, as the role involves building lasting relationships and expanding professional networks. A collaborative approach is key, as the team operates within a dynamic and supportive environment.
