Fantastic new opportunity for an experience residential conveyancing lawyer to join a highly regarded Wilshire practice.
This role can be based in either their Chippenham or Salisbury office and offers a competitive salary together with an attractive benefits package.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of independently managing their own mixed residential property caseload from initial instruction to completion to include Freehold & Leasehold Sales and Purchases, New Build, Remortgages, Transfer of Equity and Shared Ownership.
Excellent communication and IT skills are essential.
