An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor to join the growing Bristol office of a UK Top 50 law firm. This is a fantastic chance to become part of a nationally recognised Corporate team, known for its strength in M&A, private equity, venture capital, and cross-border transactions.

You'll be joining a collaborative and ambitious team of over 50 fee earners and 20 partners, many of whom are ranked in the Legal 500 Hall of Fame. The team advises clients across the full business lifecycle, from start-ups to large corporate, on a wide range of complex and high-value transactions.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2-7 years' PQE in corporate law
• Strong experience in M&A and general corporate transactions
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client-facing skills
• A proactive, commercial mindset and a genuine interest in business development
• A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for contributing to a growing team

You'll work closely with partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of matters including acquisitions, disposals, fundraisings, and international deals. You'll also have the opportunity to get involved in business development and play a key role in the continued growth of the Bristol office.
