Excellent opportunity for a Senior Conveyancer (New Homes) to join a UK Top 100 law firm.

Our client, an award-winning law firm with offices spread across the UK, are currently looking for a Senior Conveyancer to join their leading New Homes Conveyancing Team in Taunton, Somerset.

Day-to-day duties include:

  • Take ownership of your own caseload, managing matters through to completion.
  • Provide individuals and businesses with a first-class service in a wide range of conveyancing transactions.
  • Undertake and oversee such tasks as reviewing key documentation, managing completion and resolving client due diligence issues.
  • Drive forward each transaction, understanding each client's specific requirements and acknowledging the intricacies of their instructions.
  • Ensure an appropriate quality service and compliance for all matters are met.
  • Work closely with the wider team, including assistant level resource to guarantee a first-class service is provided.


The firm are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join their highly successful team. You will have proven experience working as a successful Conveyancer, or Senior Conveyancer in a New Homes environment.

To be considered for this role you will have experience handling a busy caseload, taking ownership of matters through to completion. You will have effective written and verbal communication skills, great attention to detail and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

The firm are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2-3 years previous Residential Conveyancing Experience. Candidates do not need to be qualified to be considered for this role.
