Insolvency Litigation Solicitor - Devon

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insolvency Litigation Solicitor to join our highly regarded insolvency team in Torquay. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a range of insolvency and corporate recovery matters in a supportive and inclusive environment. We are looking for an insolvency litigation solicitor with atleast 2 years' PQE.

Role:

• Handling a caseload of insolvency litigation matters.
• Working with insolvency prationers, companies, directors and individuals on a caseload of both corporate and personal insolvency matters.
• Caseload will include corporate restructuring, personal insolvency, tracing, asset investigations, providing advice to directors around insolvency and debt recovery and acting for buyers and sellers in business sales.
• Taking part in business development, maintaining and growing client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with atleast 2 years' PQE.
• Proven experience in insolvency litigation, civil and commercial litigation. Able to manage own caseload to include advocacy.
• Strong understanding of insolvency and corporate recovery.
• You will be a team player along with good attention to detail.
