Contentious Probate Solicitor - Salisbury

We are working with an award winning firm in Salisbury in their search for a contentious probate solicitor. This contentious probate will be joining a top tier team who are known for their high quality legal advice.

Acting mainly for charities and professionals, you'll be managing your own contentious probate caseload to disputes around Inheritance Act claims, landed estates, claims for repayment of lifetime gifts and more.

You will have a strong background in disputes, with experience specifically in contentious probate. We are ideally looking for someone with atleast 2 years PQE, but please apply if you have more or less experience. Equally if you have worked on contentious probate as part of a wider caseload, please still apply.
