Contentious Probate Solicitor - Devon

We are looking for a contentious probate solicitor to join a successful contentious probate team. This contentious probate solicitor will be joining a regional heavy weight within their Kingsbridge office.

The successful contentious probate solicitor will be a qualified solicitor with atleast some experience of contentious probate either as part of a wider litigation caseload or on its own. Ideally, you will have atleast 2 years' PQE.

Working directly with the head of litigation, this contentious probate caseload will include will disputes, Inheritance Act claims, TOLATA, equitable claims and disputes surrounding Court of Protection.
