Corporate Commercial Solicitor - Wiltshire

Our established client is seeking a corporate commercial solicitor to join their corporate commercial team based in Wiltshire. This corporate commercial solicitor will have atleast 3 years' PQE.

This corporate commercial team work on varied transactions and matters to include M&A, shareholder agreements, contract drafting, corporate governance, data protection and more.

Ideally, you will be a qualified solicitor with atleast 3 years in corporate commercial. If this experience has been in either corporate or commercial, please still apply.
