Helen Veitch

Associate (North)

Helen joined Chadwick Nott in 2019 and recruits across the North of England and Yorkshire. She recruits into high street, boutique, mid-tier, Legal 500 and Top 50 law firms in all disciplines from paralegal level through to Partners - with particular expertise recruiting Commercial roles. In addition, she also recruits into all areas of Private Practice, including Family, Wills and Probate and Employment. Helen has a significant client base focusing on Residential Conveyancing recruitment as well.

Louise Carroll

Associate (North & London)

Louise joined Chadwick Nott in February 2022 and is part of the Insurance team. Louise has over 15 years’ experience as an insurance lawyer in private practice for major insurance law firms including Weightmans and BLM, where she was a Partner in the London office. It was during her time as a Partner that Louise’s interest in recruitment began. She was actively involved in the recruitment and selection process as well as being a mentor to trainee solicitors, giving her excellent insight from a client and candidate perspective. Louise specialises in recruiting at all levels, from paralegals through to partner level. Her clients include top tier and Legal 500 defendant insurance and claimant firms, as well as niches practices in London and the North West.

Iona Kobbekaduwe

Associate (North - on maternity leave)

Iona successfully manages the recruitment of permanent positions across a variety of practice areas for Solicitors throughout the North of England including PI/Insurance, Commercial, and Private Client. She recruits into high street, boutique, mid-tier, Legal 500 and Top 50 firms. She also specialises in Insurance and Healthcare in Central London. Prior to this she completed her LLB and LPC and worked as a Paralegal, gaining experience in personal injury and later Infrastructure, Projects and Energy.
