This position would see you join a highly regarded corporate department as they seek to grow and develop in a new location. Led by a partner with significant expertise in corporate law, you will work alongside them as part of a dynamic team working on a full range of corporate matters and clients, with unrivalled access to one-on-one mentoring and development as well as excellent progression opportunities.

As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for:

• Working on matters ranging from M&A, general company law, restructurings, joint ventures. Venture capital and more.
• Working in a specialist team alongside one of the foremost corporate partners in the region.
• Taking an active role in business development and the continued growth of the department.
• Advising a range of clients including anything from tech start-ups to London-based conglomerates.
