My client is a UK Top 100, Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked firm recognised for their leading work across a range of sectors, their excellent commercial team are currently seeking a mid to senior level solicitor for their growing team in Oxford. The department acts for notable clients across the UK, which include some of the top tech businesses in Oxford, you will form a crucial part of their ongoing plans and ambitious growth strategy, with the chance to make the role your own and target opportunities and areas of work you're passionate about.

As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for:

• Handling a variety of high-profile work, including a wide range of licence agreements, commercial contracts, outsourcing agreements, joint venture agreements, IP, data protection and more.
• Engaging in business development and assisting in the growth of the team.
• Working collaboratively with senior lawyers and partners on major projects.
• Demonstrating a commercial mindset and building strong working relationships with clients and team members.
