My client is a Legal 500 and Chambers ranked firm, who are currently seeing an exciting period of growth and firm-wide expansion, driven by increased instructions from some notable and high-profile clients. They are now seeking a junior lawyer to join their finance team with a focus on Restructuring & Insolvency, with either a background or training in R&I or general Corporate law.

The work will see you act for a range of clients from Financial Institutions to Retailers, Insolvency Practitioners to Turnaround Directors, you can expect high-calibre matters including distressed restructurings, insolvency administration, voluntary arrangements, bankruptcy and more. You will also play a key role in the ongoing development of the practice as you become involved in networking and business development opportunities, including seminars, events, knowledge sharing forums and learning sessions for their notable clients. With real investment into your personal and professional development, this role is a serious consideration for R&I lawyers.
