The ideal individual will have experience in a wide range of Family work and demonstrate a genuine interest in developing their skills and knowledge in this area of law. You can expect a broad and engaging workload, including matters such as - HNW Financial divorce and separation matters, Child Care Law, Mediation, Collaborative Divorce / Separation, Adoption / Special Guardianship, Pre-Nuptial Agreements and more. You should therefore expect to have exposure or direct experience in many of these areas and general private family law.
