My client is a leading regional firm who are seeking a Senior Employment lawyer to join their excellent team in Maidstone. The firm's employment practice continues to receive new instructions and referred work and are providing an excellent chance to join during an exciting period of growth.
You will be expected to have a demonstratable following in Employment law with sound knowledge of both claimant and respondent employment work alongside corporate support/transactional experience. In return you will be a chief contributor to the overall direction of the team and firm, taking an active role in strategy and planning. Individuals without a following but with a demonstrable network of clients and referrers should also not hesitate to apply.
