A well-known firm in Basingstoke is seeking to recruit a residential solicitor to deal with transactions involving smaller flats and properties to large ultra-high value properties.

The ideal candidate for this position will be familiar with a range of property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and property transfers. Consequently, meaning there will be a wide array of work to get involved with from day one, candidates with experience of complex matters such as help to buy, or equity release are also highly desired.

Despite their size, the property team are a tight-knit and collaborative group, giving the successful candidate full responsibility to handle your own caseload, whilst benefitting from hands on mentoring and development. Overall, a great opportunity to work within a growing firm within a specialist and respected regional team.
