Out client, a large, City international law firm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their London office and take responsibility for a portfolio of business services/fee-earner vacancies - primarily UK recruitment with some involvement with international requirements.
The role will include:*Taking vacancy details from hiring managers and preparing details for role profiles and advertising - ensuring authorisation processes followed.*Sourcing candidates - including liaising with recruitment agencies and leading agency briefing meetings.*Monitor /supplier performance against SLAs/targets and report any issues, running MI reports etc.* Liaising with HR Business Partners during the offer process and working with the Recruitment Administrator to ensure consistent candidate management and on-boarding. Liaison with the business and candidates re start dates and induction process.*Conducting telephone and face to face interviews and providing interview skills guidance where necessary.*Inspecting and recording documentation in line with immigration legislation prior to new starters arrival.
Interested candidates should have experience of working within a Recruitment environment in a professional services organisation, ideally within a law firm to include direct sourcing and Interviewing experience and ideally use of an online applicant tracking system. It is essential that you are able to establish professional relationships quickly.
Salary in the region of £35,000 - £42,000.
