Our client is a market leading pensions administrator in central Bristol. They are currently recruiting for an assistant property technician - full training on the technical aspects of the role will be provided. This role would be ideal for a law graduate/GDL/LPC with knowledge of and an interest in the commercial real estate sector. This is an interesting in-house commercial property role within a financial services company that offers excellent opportunities for career progression and a starting salary £20,000. The assistant property technician acts as a point of contact on property technical issues (legal) and is responsible for providing a quality service to clients on all aspects of commercial property sale/lease matters. The role will involve a lot of client contact work over the telephone.
