Excellent opportunity for a corporate lawyer seeking a new challenge to join award winning Top 100 Law firm. You will be joining a friendly and successful team, working closely with approachable Lead Partner on a wide range of Corporate matters but predominantly advising clients in the Healthcare, Digital Health & Life Sciences sector, so an interest or knowledge of Healthcare and Digital Health and life sciences would be a bonus. You will be advising on a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, minority investments, group reorganisations and other strategic corporate and commercial transactions within healthcare services, digital health, life sciences and fintech businesses. You will be supported to develop your knowledge and expertise in this sector, building relationships with a variety of clients encompassing private equity, venture capital and other funds, as well as public and private companies

This is a great option for someone who is ambitious and keen to join a forward thinking entrepreneurial team in a growing Top 100 Law firm with a commitment to build its Bristol office.
