Great opportunity for a Commercial Property lawyer seeking a new challenge to join well respected Top 100 firm in the centre of Bristol. This is a role for someone who is looking for a change of direction, as this role will involve advising clients on the full range of property matters in the social housing market, but with particular emphasis on land acquisition and development work for clients involved in the delivery of affordable housing. The ability to deal with ongoing management of property portfolios, and other landlord and tenant matters, will be a real benefit, although experience of social housing work is not essential.
