Interesting new employment role for an experienced Employment lawyer looking for a new challenge and a 12 month FTC with opportunity potentially to extend.
Our client, a top 100 firm is looking for an experienced employment lawyer to join an established team, working closely with the co/co team to deal with full range of contentious and non contentious work including, including day to day advice on employee relations issues, contract and document drafting, policy and procedures, corporate support and due diligence, TUPE consultation and related issues;Dealing with the full range of tribunal claims and tribunal advocacy; Other contentious work might include high court claims for injunctive relief relating to breach of confidentiality and restrictive covenant; Advising clients on risk management to include training workshops. You will be advising a varied client base of SME's and OMB's as well as Regional and National clients, and some FSTE 200 companies.
