The highly rated commercial property team handles the whole range of commercial and development property work including acquisitions, re-gears, lettings, financings, management issues and sales. The property team regularly collaborates with the firm's top tier environment team, acting for clients in the mining and minerals sector on complex transactions including mineral extraction leases. This firm is also known for its expertise in the leisure and retail sectors, as well as acting for developers and landowners.
