Our client is a Leading Legal 100 and Chambers rated firm, seeking an ambitious property litigator to join their award winning team in their Guildford office. As a solicitor in this team you will be working closely alongside leading Partners and Senior Associates with exposure to a large number of clients from well-known industries including transport, leisure and charities sectors. Dealing with a wide range of contentious property matters, including landlord and tenant as well as general property issues such as adverse possession, easements and title disputes.
