Well established Oxfordshire practice has a new opportunity for a junior commercial property solicitor.

Our client is a well-known and well-liked regional firm and one of the leading firms in the area.

The firm is keen to appoint a commercial property lawyer, with a minimum of 6 months experience as part of their training contract. You are likely to have experience of commercial acquisitions and disposals, landlord & tenant, leases, renewals, asset management work and perhaps development projects.

Working in a small and very friendly team, this is a key role offering excellent prospects and the chance to make your mark in a successful and upwardly mobile firm. You'll work on behalf of a range of clients including property investors, owner occupiers, developers and commercial businesses and individuals on a variety of interesting commercial property transactions.
