My client is a top 50 firm with an award winning reputation in the marketplace. Their Corporate team is highly ranked and is led by well-known and highly rated Partners, offering invaluable exposure to City level work.

This national heavy weight is ideally seeking a 1 + years PQE Corporate lawyer to work in their highly acclaimed Corporate team but would also be interested in speaking with exceptional NQs. You will have the benefit of working alongside true leaders in the field, for stellar clients, however you will be based in the fantastic city of Guildford, with opportunities for agile and flexible working.

This role will suit a commercially astute and dynamic individual who is capable of working alongside a superb team managing a complex case load including acquisitions, company sales, MBOs, private equity, mergers, joint ventures, reorganisations and restructuring nationally and internationally.

Excellent academics and previous experience at a large regional or City practice is welcomed.
