Inquest, Judicial Review, Court of Protection Solicitor/Barrister
£50,000 ++ DOE
Our client is an award winning leading specialist healthcare firm who are seeking to recruit a solicitor or barrister to join their highly regarded team of advocates and healthcare advisory specialists. Candidates will be expected to have advocacy experience, or a keenness to learn, as the role will involve advocacy in different settings but predominantly in the Coroners Court, Administrative Court and the Court of Protection. You will be also providing advice on a variety of issues including:
- regulatory matters;
- public law issues;
- judicial reviews;
- court of protection;
- mental health issues;
- consent and confidentiality;
- information law; and
- clinical risk management.
