Clinical Law Advisory Solicitor
NQ - 6 years PQE
Up to £60,000 + DOE
Our client, a leading specialist healthcare firm, is now looking to expand their Clinical Law Advisory division further. Their highly regarded, market leading team of advocates and healthcare advisory specialists focus on a wide variety of information law issues and act for a range of clients in both the public and private sector including all forms of NHS organisations, governmental and regulatory bodies and other healthcare providers. The department is a leader in its field with an outstanding reputation. You will be covering a wide range of areas, including:
- Information Law - Protection and use of patient information (GDPR, Data Protection,..)
- Advising providers and commissioners of health and social care on consent and confidentiality
- Public law issues
- Regulatory matters
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic solicitor or barrister of at least 2 years PQE/call with previous experience of advisory law at a leading healthcare practice. Our client would be interested in speaking with NQs with either previous paralegal experience or a strong seat in a relevant practice area.
