Restructuring/Insolvency Solicitor

3 + PQE

£47,000 + DOE

Superb role for a solicitor with 3 years pqe + and looking for an exceptional insolvency solicitor role in the South East.

As a Legal 500 and Chambers accredited firm my client is a leading light in this field and going from strength to strength.

Your work will focus on a caseload of mainly non-contentious restructuring and insolvency work. In the main your clients will be insolvency practitioners and you'll be helping to advise them in respect of their corporate insolvency appointments as well as restructuring work. Your role will include some personal insolvency matters too. You will also advise creditors as well as other stakeholders such as banks in relation to insolvent debtors.

Whilst my client is ideally seeking a candidate with a background in this area it is not a pre-requisite for the role however in the absence of this experience, you are most likely to have a background in corporate, commercial or litigation and a good understanding of transactional work in general.

This is a really friendly and professional firm where your career can take off. A great first qualified move.

For more information and a confidential discussion please do not hesitate to speak to Penny Heighway at Chadwick Nott.

*Where a level of experience is indicated, this is a guideline only and represents the amount of time we would usually expect a candidate to accumulate the requisite level of experience. This does not preclude applications from candidates with more or less experience.
