I am instructed by an international firm with offices in Southampton who are looking for an experienced Residential Development lawyer to join their highly successful team which works across a number of their offices.

This role provides an opportunity to focus on residential and mixed use development work, acting for a number of local and national residential developers, housebuilders, retirement living developers, PLC developers and land promoters. You will have proven experience in running your own caseload and be familiar with the entire conveyancing process. In return you will receive an excellent salary and benefits package.
