Corporate Solicitor 2+PQE

My Client is a well established Legal 500 firm operating from modern offices in Surrey. They are looking to hire a junior solicitor to join their Corporate team. You will be joining a team of 12 other lawyers providing a high quality legal service to dynamic SME and larger corporates. You will be at least 2 years PQE with relevant experience of corporate work in private practice. Joining a supportive, partner led team, you will undertake a varied caseload encompassing corporate transactions including M&A, joint ventures, MBOs/MBIs as well as general corporate and company law advice. Acting on behalf of a varied client base comprising SMEs, owner managed businesses and some larger corporates, you will also assist a Partner on more complex matters.

You will need to have excellent drafting and negotiating skills, be a good team player with a positive and willing attitude.
