Agricultural Property Associate/Senior Associate
£55,000 ++ DOE
This is a vibrant and upbeat full service firm with an outstanding work/life balance that ensures there is always a culture of support and team playing. The firm itself puts agricultural work at the very heart of its business services and you'll find it a refreshing change to be able to work at the coalface of this practice area.
An increasingly sought after and competitive area of work, you'll thrive on working on interesting and varied land use, rural business and more specific agricultural issues. Some of the matters you'll be involved in will include leases, licences, farm and land sales and purchases and sporting and fishing rights. You'll relish the opportunity to get involved in such a broad range of agricultural matters- this is a striking difference to many other firms in the area that are not able to offer you the chance to gain such a broad expertise. Please note, you are not expected to have gained exposure to all of these areas but a willingness to learn and a proactive approach are required. You will also need to show commitment to the area and be enthusiastic and willing to get involved in client development and marketing.
It goes without saying that the area is a beautiful one in which to live and work but there's no harm in reminding you that you will be by the sea, near to picture postcard landscapes and some of the most stunning coastline and countryside that you can envisage.
