This is a fantastic opportunity for an associate to join this national leading firm. Based in Reading, they are known for their international expertise and have a very strong reputation in the locality for their commercial and technology sectors.

The firm are well-known for advising entrepreneurs, start-up technology businesses and their investors and give all solicitors the opportunity to progress quickly through their careers. The team cover the full range of Corporate transactions, including M&A transactions, MBO's, MBI's and company reorganisations. They have a particular focus on local and national PE deals, and increasingly VC work. Clients include multi-national PLCs, large privately-owned companies, PE houses, VCs, management teams and high net worth individual

Ideally you will have 1+ years' PQE and have experience of or a strong desire to work with entrepreneurial businesses and run early stage seed and venture capital fund-raising and related matters. You will have significant exposure to clients and are likely to become first point of contact for many of them.
