This major offshore law firm has developed an award winning funds practice which continues to receive excellent instructions globally. As a result, two common law qualified funds lawyers with at least 6 months of top-tier private practice experience are sought. The main focus of the role will be on fund formation, which will involve advice on fund structuring, preparing fund documentation, negotiating fund documentation with investors, and co-ordinating fund closings when applicable.

You will have the opportunity to work with a range of fund clients from leading asset managers and fund promoters to start-up ventures. Their investor clients include sophisticated investors of all types, including leading financial institutions, sovereign wealth funds, family offices and pension funds.

The successful candidate will have a strong academic background with at least 6 months relevant funds experience gained at a top tier UK, Australian, New Zealand or US law firm recognised for its funds practice.
