CONSTRUCTIION LAWYER NQ -6 PQE

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven construction lawyer to join a highly recognised construction practice. The role is primarily non-contentious construction law but some experience of disputes avoidance and contentious construction law will be useful. You will have a good working knowledge of the various JCT form contracts, their amendments and market norms, and a willingness to advise on bespoke, complex agreements. As well as the aforementioned, experience of procurement and contracting strategies, funding and financing agreements, contract tendering and frameworks and security documentation including advance payment bonds is essential.

The successful candidate will have a strong academic background and have gained their experience at a top tier UK, Australian, New Zealand or other international law firm recognised for its construction practice.
