Commercial & Technology Associate - 4+ PQE

This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer with top experience in Commercial & Technology law to join an award-winning firm in growth mode. This firms' Commercial & Technology team are incredibly busy and therefore in growth mode.

The team advise a variety of different clients across a number of technology-focused sectors including digital media, technology and life sciences, software, IT and telecoms. The successful candidate will have experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, joint ventures, outsourcings, supply terms, franchising, software licencing and distribution agreements, partnership agreements, IP rights, design and copyright, brand protection and digital media/entertainment agreements, ideally within a technology setting.
